Is your team connected to your mission?

If you have a mission and it’s to build a significant medical practice, a computer technology company, create a new invention or a new widget… whatever your intention is you have to ask yourself– what’s the fastest and most successful way to get there?

If you’re doing everything all by yourself, then you’re not going to be very successful.

However, if you align yourself with a group of people who are just as passionate, just as thrilled, just as excited about your mission, then you’re on your way. Especially when you get the whole input, the whole effort, and all the energy of those other people that are pursuing that same mission.

It’s important to remember that not all people are actually as interested in your mission as you are. There is a subset of a lot of people that have their own internal personal mission.

But if you can show them how they can attain their personal mission for themselves, specifically by attaching their goals to your mission, then you can align them with where you want to go and how you want to get there.
